Protected access
Video streams, alerts, and account information are protected through encrypted transport and controlled access.
This policy explains how Kapidhwaj AI handles account data, video processing, security, retention, and user rights across cloud and on-premise deployments.
Video streams, alerts, and account information are protected through encrypted transport and controlled access.
Deployments are structured to minimize unnecessary exposure and support local processing where required.
Section 01
We collect the information needed to operate, secure, and support the Kapidhwaj AI platform.
Kapidhwaj AI collects information strictly necessary to provide proactive surveillance services. This approach is intended to reduce unnecessary data collection while maintaining operational reliability.
Section 02
Video processing may occur locally, in the cloud, or through a hybrid deployment model.
Our platform supports a hybrid architecture combining edge processing and cloud verification.
For on-premise deployments, video processing may remain entirely within the customer-controlled environment, based on the selected architecture and configuration.
For cloud deployments, video or event data may be processed using temporary compute resources configured for the selected service and retention policy.
Section 03
Security controls protect stored data, transmitted data, credentials, and platform access.
We use encryption and access controls to protect information at rest and in transit. Surveillance data is not sold to advertisers or data brokers.
Protected communication between devices, services, and authorized users.
Authentication and authorization controls limit access to approved users.
Section 04
Customers retain control over their account information and deployment data.
Subject to the applicable agreement, deployment type, and legal requirements, customers may request the following:
Section 05
Retention depends on the deployment, service plan, customer configuration, and legal obligations.
Cloud storage may use a default 30-day retention period. Enterprise customers may configure different retention periods based on operational and compliance requirements. When an account or service is terminated, eligible data is removed according to the applicable agreement and deletion process.
