Important operational notice

Kapidhwaj AI is one layer of a complete security system.

The platform is designed to support proactive protection, but it cannot guarantee the prevention or detection of every incident. Customers should continue to use trained personnel, physical safeguards, and appropriate operating procedures.

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

Using the platform confirms acceptance of these terms and the applicable service agreement.

These terms form an agreement between the customer and Kapidhwaj AI. By accessing the platform through an application, API, gateway, device, or other authorized interface, the customer agrees to comply with these terms and applicable law.

Additional commercial terms, order forms, or service-level agreements may also apply to a particular deployment.

Section 02

Lawful Usage

The platform may be used only for authorized, lawful, and responsible security purposes.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their deployment, camera placement, access controls, and operational use comply with applicable privacy, employment, surveillance, and data protection requirements.

  • Do not deploy surveillance in locations where individuals have a legally protected expectation of privacy.
  • Do not reverse-engineer protected software, extract proprietary model weights, or bypass access controls.
  • Do not use alerts, recognition results, or investigation tools for unlawful discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.

Section 03

Intellectual Property

Kapidhwaj AI retains ownership of its software, models, interfaces, documentation, and platform technology.

Subject to the applicable service agreement, customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for authorized internal security operations.

Kapidhwaj technology

Software, AI models, interfaces, workflows, and documentation remain protected.

Customer materials

Customers retain rights in data and materials they lawfully provide to the service.

Section 04

Limitation of Liability

The platform supports security operations but does not eliminate all operational, technical, or human risk.

Security-support technology, not an absolute guarantee

AI output may be affected by camera position, lighting, network quality, hardware condition, model limitations, customer configuration, and other environmental factors.

Any limitation or exclusion of liability is governed by the applicable service agreement and the law that applies to the customer relationship.

Section 05

Termination

Access may be restricted or terminated when required by contract, law, security, or misuse concerns.

Kapidhwaj AI may suspend or terminate access where there is a material breach, unlawful use, security risk, non-payment, or other basis permitted by the applicable agreement.

Where reasonably possible, customers may receive notice and an opportunity to address the issue before termination, unless immediate action is required for legal, security, or safety reasons.
